
This is the first of my new year’s resolutions because as a student I want to be wise in budgeting where, I want to use my money for the things that are important because I thought that money is not just picked up everywhere but through my father’s hard work and he did everything just to give me money but I just spend it on things I don’t use so I realized to myself what I was doing was wrong.

OR GAIN WEIGHT.
I want to gain weight and have a healthy body so this 2023 I will eat nutritious foods so that I don’t always get sick and I need to be hydrated so I should drink enough water from 6-8 glasses a day which I have never done before in year 2022.

I want to go to bed early this year because last year I always stayed up late and often woke up in the middle of the night because my sleep was so fragmented that I didn’t understand where my body affected and my health because of this, I want to make a plan to improve my sleep hygiene to get a good sleep every night because through this,it improves my brain, performance, health and mood everyday where I can use it, to be active and working throughout a day whether at school or at home.
